On behalf of the American College of Apothecaries and the American College of Veterinary Pharmacists we are excited to announce we will be hosting the ACA |ACVP Annual Conference & Expo, February 6 – 9, 2019. We have expanded the exhibit hours for 2019 to include Saturday morning!  Exhibitors will have 7.75 hours of networking and exhibit hours with the attendees.

Sponsorship Options and Pricing

Logo Items:

Syllabus Sponsor – $5,000

The Annual Conference & Expo provides each attendee with a slim notebook containing the meeting agenda, exhibitor and sponsor listings, and note taking pages. Your company will receive a full- page color ad with premium placement inside the syllabus (Due to ACPE guidelines, we are no longer able to display company logos in the meeting program). Sponsorship will be reflected in all meeting materials, website listing, the meeting e-newsletter, and onsite signage.

Name Badge Sponsor – $3,500

This popular item is a practical and convenient alternative to the classic name badge holder. Your company logo will be featured prominently on the front pocket. It serves as a wallet with a pocket to hold all the potential client business cards you will obtain onsite. All attendees are encouraged to wear it throughout the meeting. Sponsorship will be reflected in all meeting materials, website listing, the meeting e-newsletter, and onsite signage.

Attendee Gift Sponsor – $2,500

Each conference attendee will receive a customized gift featuring your company’s information to use while at the conference and even after the conference has ended. Sponsorship will be reflected in all meeting materials, website listing, the meeting e-newsletter, and onsite signage.

Event Sponsorship Opportunities: 

Welcome Reception Sponsorship – $5,000

Signage with your company’s information and logo will be prominently displayed at the site of our Welcome Reception, Wednesday, February 6, and in registration materials. This is the first time all attendees will meet onsite and begin networking. Sponsor will be acknowledged at the podium during the General Session on Thursday. Sponsor will have the option to provide a welcome gift or company promotional item to participants.
**This sponsorship includes two (2) conference registrations.

President’s Banquet – $5,000

Sponsorship will include signage with your company’s information and logo will be prominently displayed at the President’s Banquet, Friday, February 8, and in registration materials. The banquet is a black tie event and the highlight of the conference. Attendees will be treated to a delicious dinner followed by the installation of the new ACA and ACVP Officers along with the award presentations including the ACA Research and Education Foundation Lifetime Achievement Award and the ACA Member of the Year.
**Sponsorship includes two complimentary registrations to the banquet.

Fellowship Luncheon Sponsorship – $4,500

Fellowship recognizes excellence in pharmacy. On Thursday, February 7, the Fellowship Luncheon featuring the introduction of new fellows and it is an unparalleled opportunity to network with influential pharmacy leaders. Your company would have visibility among the elite group of Fellows and their colleagues. Sponsor will provide brief welcome address at the luncheon.
**This sponsorship includes one (1) conference registration.

Board Dinner Sponsorship – $4,500

On Wednesday, February 28, both the ACA, and ACVP Board of Directors will meet onsite and discuss the current activities and define the next objectives for their organizations. As a sponsor for the Board Dinner, you will receive exposure among the leading pharmacists and business owners that play a pivotal role in shaping the future of these two important pharmacy organizations. Sponsor will have the opportunity to provide a brief welcome address at the dinner and will have the option to provide a welcome gift or company promotional item on tables at the dinner. Sponsorship will be reflected in all meeting materials, website listing, the meeting e-newsletter, and onsite signage.
** This sponsorship will include two (2) attendees to the Board of Directors Dinner.

President’s Reception – $3,500

Sponsorship of this reception will be during the evening on Friday, February 8 and will include prominent signage and the opportunity to address attendees and their guests. Sponsor will have the option to provide a gift or company promotional item to participants.

Continuing Education Session Sponsor – $2,000

Help support Continuing Education by sponsoring one of many sessions available. By supporting a Continuing Education session, your company will have exposure to the many pharmacists and technicians at the meeting. Sponsorship will be reflected in all meeting materials, website listing, the meeting e-newsletter, and onsite signage.
