FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Over the past months, ACA has been going through a major transition with the stepping down of the organization’s Executive Vice President, Quentin Srnka. We greatly appreciate the leadership Quentin provided over the past 12 months and look forward to his continued involvement in our ACA Faculties.

However, this reorganization has impacted our ability as an organization to present an annual conference that meets our high standards.

As a result, the ACA Board has decided that it is in the best interest of the organization to cancel the 2023 Annual Conference & Expo, scheduled for February 22-25, 2023 in Puerto Rico.  This decision will allow the Board and staff to focus our energies on improving the programming, making our organization stronger, and returning with an in-person conference in 2024.

This was a difficult decision to make and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Warm regards,

Linda F. McElhiney                                   Marisol Lopez
