Free Quarterly CE for ACA Fellows (Pharmacists): Understanding Adrenal Fatigue
As part of the ACA Fellows program for pharmacists, ACA Fellows receive one complimentary continuing education activity each quarter. This quarter’s selected program is the on-demand webinar Understanding Adrenal Fatigue.
While this activity is offered at no cost to ACA Fellows (pharmacists), it is also available to pharmacy technicians and other healthcare professionals at standard registration rates.
This 1-hour, knowledge-based webinar provides pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with an overview of adrenal insufficiency and its clinical implications. The program explores the role of adrenal hormones, common signs and symptoms, and considerations for supporting patients experiencing adrenal dysfunction.
The program reviews:
- Common signs and symptoms of adrenal insufficiency
- The role of cortisol, DHEA, progesterone, and other adrenal hormones
- The concept of adrenaline dominance and its impact on adrenal health
- Clinical considerations for identifying and supporting patients
Participants will gain a better understanding of how adrenal function affects overall health and how to recognize potential imbalances in practice.
This activity provides 1 contact hour (0.1 CEU) of ACPE-accredited continuing education for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
The program is also available to international pharmacists, international pharmacy technicians, student pharmacists, and non-pharmacists for educational purposes.
